Authorize CallVelocity from your Salesforce settings or use our guided setup. Works with both Salesforce Classic and Lightning Experience.

Configure object and field mapping

Map CallVelocity outputs (call score, summary, flags, rep name) to Salesforce fields on Lead, Contact, and Opportunity objects. Custom field support included.

Call data writes automatically

After each analyzed call, a call record is created in Salesforce with full metadata — matched by phone number to the right Lead or Contact. Opportunities can be updated automatically based on call score thresholds.
