CallVelocity grew out of a simple frustration I kept running into across the businesses I work with: companies were spending real money to make the phone ring, and then losing the conversation that came after. Not because the lead was bad - because no one was listening to the call. I wanted a tool that would listen to every single inbound call, score it the way a great sales coach would, and surface the moments that actually changed the outcome. So I built it.
